NATIONAL FESTIVALS
We celebrate National festivals like Independence day. This is celebrated on August 15th every year.Republic day is another festival celebrated on 26th january of every year.The following are some more national festivals we celebrate in our school.
Teachers day on 5th september to commemorate Sarvepally Radha Krishnan.Children’s day is celebrated on 14th november remembering Jawahar Lal Nehru.Mathematics day is celebrated on december 22nd on the birthday of Srinivasa Ramanjan. Science day is celebrated on february 28th.on this day Raman effect was discovered bySri C.V.Raman.
Yoga day is celebrated on june 21st every year.
Hindi diwas is celebrated on 14th september.
English day is celebrated on 23rd April on the occasion of the birthday of William Shakespeare.
Telugu day is observed on 29 August each year.This date was chosen to coincide with the birthday of the Telugu poet Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy.
